a: Of course as long as you let me know beforehand.
a: Piggybacking is where your lesson finishes and the next lesson's student drives you home as part of their lesson. We never do this; your lesson is on a one to one basis.
a: Many driving schools requie 48 hours notice for cancellation, we however only require 24 hours notice, less than this and you will be liable for the lesson fee.
a: We realise the importance of keeping regular lessons throughout your learning experience, however, on the rare occasion that we may have to cancel your lesson we would give you as much notice as possible and you will not be charged.
a: Absolutely not, we treat all pupils with respect and would never do anything to undermine them or affect their confidence.
a: Yes the car that you learn to drive in will be available for your practical test.
a: Yes, as long as your car is roadworthy and fully insured for the purpose.
a: This is a question that cannot be answered! No two people are the same and the amount of lessons required will vary depending on any previous driving experience and the progress you make in your lessons. We will never keep booking lessons for people that are ready for their test if we feel they are not required.
a: That's your choice, most people have a one hour lesson each week but this can be increased depending on your requirements.
a: Yes, you can, and probably should, as the practical experience will help you understand the questions and answers contained in the theory test. Likewise what you study for the theory test will also be very helpful in your practical lessons.
a: Of course you can but we only provide tuition in a manual car.
a: We as a school feel that the amount of hours driving experience required to pass a practical test cannot be covered in a short period of time and therefore would only recommend that pupils do no more than 4 hours in a one week period. Obviously this would be dependent on a pupil's previous driving experience and availability and is therefore recommended that you telephone to discuss individual requirements.
a: No, you will always receive the lesson duration that you have booked and paid for.
a: We have a privacy policy that explains what information we hold about you and what we do with that information.
a: We do not reccommend 2 hour lessons and tend to stick to 1.5 hours as a maximum. We find any longer than this pupils tend to lose concentration and unnecessay mistakes start to happen.
